Website and waitlist
The public site lets you leave an email for launch and early-access updates. Joining is not a purchase, a subscription, a brokerage application, or a guarantee of admission or of when anything launches.
The app
The app is a simulated investing product in development. Balances, orders, and results there are not real securities, not a bank deposit, and not brokerage insurance. Using it does not open a brokerage account or move real money.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site or the app: don’t break into it, scrape it in a way that degrades it, post illegal content, or use Community to harass, impersonate, scam, or mislead. We can remove content and suspend access that breaks the community guidelines.
Your content
You keep what you post. You are responsible for it. Bolsany may display it inside the product and may remove it. We don’t claim ownership of your notes.
Other people’s material
Prices, news, company descriptions, and posts brought in from X belong to their sources. They are not Bolsany recommendations.
Not advice
Content on Bolsany, including Bull, is educational. It can be wrong. It is not investment, tax, or legal advice.
Purchases
Subscriptions are not on sale in this version. There is no production charge to cancel.
Your responsibility
You use Bolsany at your own risk. You are responsible for what you decide from the app, Lab, Bull, prices, news, or community notes. Simulated results are not a promise of real results. To the extent the law allows, Bolsany and the people who operate it are not liable for lost money, data, or opportunity, or for actions you take because of content on Bolsany. Where the law does not allow a limit, that limit does not apply.

The product is in development and can change or pause.
